いきなりそのスジの音に持っていかれてしまったよー！
これはHollywood 4A16Mの3Dコピー。
僕が最近使ってるのはModel-A 4A16。
この2個体、オープニングに若干差があり、僕のは多分開きは少し大きかったかと。
吹けば吹くほど体が馴染んできたのでかなり使えるものになりました。
現行のジャズ向けマウスピースに比べたらオープニングはかなり狭く感じると思うのでリードは厚めで！先端出しめで！
材質の歯科用レジンについてはまだなんともわかりませんが、良い感じです。
シャンクにはやっぱり金属が欲しかったのでワイヤーを巻いたら音がまとまりました。
材質を疑うよりリード選定やシャンクのワイヤー巻きが重要かと。
あとは、リフェイサーに表面を軽く整えてもらうと更に良くなるかも。
やはり、4A18(ミディアムチェンバー)より4A16(スモールチェンバー)のほうが現行楽器には合いそうだと思っていたことへの確証が得られて嬉しいです。

3dscanjp‘s MC Gregory type, I finally had a chance to blow it carefully today!
I was suddenly taken by the sound of that.
This is a 3D copy of Hollywood 4A16M.
The one I’ve been using lately is a Model-A 4A16.
There is a slight difference in the opening between these two units, and mine was probably a little larger in the opening.
The more I played it, the more my body got used to it and it became quite usable.
I think the opening feels much narrower than current jazz mouthpieces, so use a thicker reed! Use a thicker reed!
I’m not sure about the dental resin material yet, but it looks good.
I wanted a metal shank, so I wrapped some wire around the shank and it made it sound more coherent.
I think lead selection and wire wrapping the shank is more important than questioning the material.
Also, having a refacer lightly prepare the surface might make it even better.
I am glad to have the confirmation that I thought that 4A16 (small chamber) would be more suitable for the current instruments than 4A18 (medium chamber).
3D printers are not to be underestimated!
